About

K Bava Architects is a design-focused architectural studio in London, established in 2018.

We work across architecture, interiors, urban design and conservation, with projects ranging from private homes and retail to cultural institutions and larger housing developments.

We think from the viewpoint of our clients, whilst also bringing a wealth of experience from a number of completed projects and experiences from the forefront of the industry.

Our aim is to create timeless and robust architecture by reinterpreting traditional and vernacular building practices in a contemporary way. We are interested in architecture that has proportion, character of space, the quality of natural light, and the careful resolution of materials and details. We make architecture that is simple in its ideas, rich in its experience and built to last.

We have extensive experience working with existing, historic and listed buildings, as well as new-build projects. Our clients include private homeowners, developers and cultural institutions such as the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Barbican Centre.
