Architecture and Interior Design
A dormer loft in Muswell Hill overlooking a golf course.
The Edwardian house had a low roof and therefore limited ceiling height. The project instead concentrates on the horizontal experience of space and maximising the view. Extensive testing resulted in an angled stair and bathroom to ensure the rear window was as large as possible.
The interior consists of warm toned and textured finishes. The pallet of timber, terrazzo and Moroccan zellige tiles create a luxurious master suite at the top of the house.
