A brownfield development of 8 houses in Maidenhead on the site of a car dealership.

The scheme aims to remove low quality constructions to reveal the existing core structures, a detached Edwardian house and a small warehouse building. The remaining space is used for gardens, car parking and new houses.

To the rear of the site a row of unique terraced houses have gardens facing the school fields. The design of the houses avoid the urban box typology to instead look to the sloping angles of nearby architecture.
