An extension, loft conversion and interior design for a Victorian terrace house in Walthamstow, London.

The extension design is part of a body of work by the practice which prioritises the experience of spaces over the architectural image of the ‘back elevation’.

The material palate of the project consists of monochrome finishes with softer clay like textures to offset the contrast.
